Summary of the roles
Our Team Leaders form the core of our Airworthiness Management team charged with delivering market leading services.
The role(s) jointly report to the Continuing Airworthiness Manager and the CAMO MD. The former responsibilities address our regulatory obligations, whilst the work with the MD will be focussing on transforming our delivery to create industry leading standards of service.
The role will fundamentally provide leadership, customer focus, continuous improvement and strong commercial awareness.
We will provide the accountability, environment and the best available technologies to achieve our goals and your career progression.
Above all you will be an ambitious, results’ driven, capable leader of people with lean process experience.
