Summary of the roles

Our Team Leaders form the core of our Airworthiness Management team charged with delivering market leading services.

The role(s) jointly report to the Continuing Airworthiness Manager and the CAMO MD. The former responsibilities address our regulatory obligations, whilst the work with the MD will be focussing on transforming our delivery to create industry leading standards of service.

The role will fundamentally provide leadership, customer focus, continuous improvement and strong commercial awareness.

Job requirements

Impact of the Roles

The roles’ key responsibilities:

  1. Deliver our exciting customer growth ambitions - in excess of 20 additional aircraft this year alone - and market leading services
  2. Take accountability for your own and your teams delivery to the highest standard
  3. Lead a team of Administrators, Planners and Engineers to deliver Aircraft Maintenance in keeping with Regulatory Requirements, contractual obligations and future aspirations
  4. Recruit, develop and retain the best possible talent in our team
  5. Drive, measure and deliver an excellent and profitable customer proposition
  6. Champion change and continuously improve our customer delivery

You will have

  • Demonstrable team leadership capability
  • Outsourced engineering or technical service provision experience
  • Demonstrable data/information based decision making skills
  • Aviation industry experience at an operator, manufacturer or maintainer level.

It would also be great if you had the following (but it's not essential)

  • Process mapping and improvement experience (Lean, BPS, Six Sigma, 5S or similar)
  • Previous experience in Continuing Airworthiness (CAMO)
  • Experience in a Regulated Airline, CAMO or MRO
  • Swiss-AS AMOS and/or CAMP Systems experience

Job Location
