The Role

We are looking for a really talented Business Development Manager whose primary responsibility will be to create, drive and deliver the sales strategy for our new Digital Engine Log product. This is an innovative system designed to help Airlines, Maintenance Organisations and Lessors achieve efficiencies and improve the management of engine fleets. You will be highly skilled in creating and delivering opportunities to achieve maximum market penetration and adoption of this transformational product.

You will definitely need the following to qualify:

  • Be a high-performing and driven individual, determined to deliver results
  • Knowledge of developing a SaaS market, focusing on our Digital Engine Log product
  • Outstanding business development skills that produce tangible, revenue generating results
  • Experience in providing software solutions to large enterprises, preferably within the aviation industry

It would be the icing on the cake for us if you also have some of the following:

  • Knowledge of the aviation industry
  • Experience interacting with airlines, maintenance organisations, manufacturers and aircraft leasing companies
  • Proven experience of creating and executing a successful go-to-market strategy for a software service
  • Experience in establishing strategic partnerships
  • Experience with aircraft engine management or leasing

Job Location
We work in an agile and flexible environment and we like to advocate you working in the most appropriate way for you. This position will be based out of our Vancouver office, and regular travel to customer sites will be required.
