This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week onsite in our office in Luton

As a Business Jet Planner you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring maintenance required by the AMP is performed within prescribed time limits
- Conducting regular reviews of each aircraft due list and planning accordingly
- Planning Inputs, both long term and short term, including AOG situations.
- Reviewing the flying programme for maintenance opportunities and changes in the schedule
- Liaising with Part 145 organisations to secure maintenance inputs
- Preparing and issuing Purchase Orders/ Workscopes to the maintenance providers
- Reviewing returned Purchase Orders for signatures
- Applying tolerances on due tasks with consent from the customer in CAMP
- Managing work updates/ checking progress updates via email and phone calls
- Auditing completed workpacks for complete traceability and correct return to service
- Upholding a strong customer relationship
- Compiling and revising Maintenance Statements
- Providing Aircraft Utilisation to organisations when necessary.
- Determining clearance periods for inputs to ensure maximum utilisation post input
Job requirements
Skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar field / significant relevant experience
- Strong experience with Maintenance Planning, specific planning for Business Jets would be an asset.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of Maintenance programming, OEM documents, such as AD SB.
- CAMP Experience would be advantageous.
- Experience in a Regulated Airline, Operator, CAMO or MRO.
