As we continue to grow and expand our presence globally, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify new leads and opportunities to continue our growth.


Role Overview

TrustFlight is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SDR to join our expanding team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in the growth and successes of our company by identifying and engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and developing relationships to ultimately drive sales revenue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer success, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to account management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics. 
  • Achieve assigned targets for sales objectives. 
  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts. 
  • Utilize various tools and techniques to source new leads. 
  • Create and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. 
  • Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media. 
  • Schedule and coordinate sales demos and assist in providing product demonstrations for the sales team. 
  • Provide regular updates and reporting  to senior management.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • At least 3 years sales experience. Aviation Software industry experience would be an advantage or other related SaaS sales experience.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including ELT level.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to use AI to maximize efficiency and provide account management at scale.
