Your role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Development Representative (Jr. SDR) to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role designed for graduates and those in their early careers who want to break into sales, learn from an experienced team, and grow quickly. You’ll play a vital role in helping us reach new customers across the EMEA region and learn the ropes of modern sales using the latest digital tools.

What you’ll be doing

• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting efforts to generate new sales leads within the aviation industry, targeting airlines, aircraft operators, maintenance organizations, and aviation regulatory agencies.

• Use email, phone calls, social media, and networking events to initiate contact with potential clients and qualify leads.

• Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers and gather initial insights about their needs.

• Engage prospects in conversations to uncover potential areas of interest and set up qualified meetings for the Sales team.

• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to deliver targeted messaging and outreach, sharing feedback on what resonates.

• Manage and prioritize your lead pipeline in CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data entry.

• Keep records of all interactions and activities in CRM to track progress and performance.

• Stay up to date with industry news, trends, and competitor activity to support effective conversations with prospects.

What we’re looking for

• A recent graduate or early-career starter excited to begin a career in sales.

• Great communicator who enjoys talking to people and building relationships.

• Resilient, you don’t get discouraged by setbacks, and you keep moving forward.

• Curious and adaptable with a growth mindset, open to feedback and eager to learn.

• Tech-friendly — comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and curious about using AI tools to make work easier and smarter.

• Organised and motivated to hit goals in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings, events, or conferences.

Location: The role is hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely while attending in-person training sessions and team meetings as required.
