The Role

We are looking for a talented Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading efforts to increase awareness of the TrustFlight brand, the products and services we provide as well as improving visibility of the organization to other stakeholders including prospective team members and partners.

What you’ll do:

  • Curate content such as blog posts, newsletter articles and case studies that showcase the work we do
  • Coordinate other content generation including webinars, videos and social media
  • Take ownership of company marketing materials including our website and product literature
  • Lead on communications for the company, both internally and externally
  • Work with external PR agencies to coordinate press releases and media features
  • Design, monitor and report on key performance indicators relating to marketing

Job requirements

Who you are

We are looking for someone who is high performing, highly motivated and passionate about using innovate ways to grow TrustFlight's brand. You will be both creative and also data-driven in your approach to finding new ways of building awareness. Attention to detail, strong communication skills and an ability to quickly grasp new concepts are essentials for this role.

Minimum requirements

  • Previous experience in a Marketing and/or Communications leadership role
  • Proven examples of creating high quality and engaging content 
  • Experience in coordinating events and other marketing 
  • Strong written communication skills; an ability to simplify complexity

Preferred requirements

  • Specific experience within the business or commercial aviation industry
  • Design, image and video creation/editing experience
  • Budget experience

Job Location
This position will be based out of our Vancouver office. Occasional travel to events and customers may be required
