Summary of the role:
We are looking for someone who:
Can provide leadership and guidance to our hiring teams to source and secure top talent
Will be able to support the CEO in managing employee on-boarding, off-boarding as well as ad hoc HR activity
Understands and enjoys the principles of marketing and communicating about TrustFlight; not only as a brand, but as a great place to work
Is comfortable being a point of liaison with external stakeholders, ensuring all commercial contracts are in place and are properly stored
Responsible for ensuring company records are up to date
Can create clear, strong and engaging communications that may be shared internally and externally
Is great at general office management

You will definitely need the following to qualify:

- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels in an organisation
It would be the icing on the cake for us if you also have some of the following:
- A degree &/or good level of experience in HR and people practices
- Experience of recruitment: sourcing, sifting CV’s, initial screening and helping hiring managers to coordinate the interview process
- Experience of marketing
- Experience of having managed external suppliers
- Understanding of or an interest in technology and aviation
The role is initially for a fixed term contract for 12 months.
