We are seeking an ambitious Product Manager to take ownership of one of our innovative software products. This role will be responsible for steering the product’s direction and ensuring its successful delivery in collaboration with the product, engineering, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans.

  • Conduct customer research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product development stays on track and meets key milestones.

  • Contribute to the execution of the product strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Job requirements

  • Relevant experience in product management or a related role, with a track record of contributing to the development and delivery of software products.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver successful products.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, inspiring a proactive, results-driven mindset and ensuring all team members are aligned and motivated toward achieving product objectives.
  • Experience in conducting customer research and translating insights into actionable product requirements.
  • Proficiency in managing and prioritizing a product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks and experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA for product management and an understanding of software development processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas both orally and in writing to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a scrappy, can-do attitude to overcoming challenges and driving product success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with the aviation industry or other highly regulated environments is a plus, but not required.


Location & Work Model:

This is a hybrid role based in our Vancouver office. Our working policy generally requires at least three days in-office per week, however, to fully harness the benefits of collaborating closely with our exceptional team across multiple timezones, this role demands a heightened level of flexibility.
