As we continue to grow and expand our presence globally, we are seeking a dedicated NetSuite Administrator to support our finance team in delivering efficiencies in their day to day operations.


Role overview

The role will report to the Head of Continuing Airworthiness. The role will fundamentally provide leadership, customer focus, continuous improvement and strong commercial awareness. We will provide the accountability, environment and the best available technologies to achieve our goals and your career progression. Above all you will be ambitious, results’ driven, with lean process experience.


We are looking for someone who will:

  • ensure all aircraft documentation is retrieved, logged, distributed, updated and audited
  • provide planning of all aircraft maintenance tasks, ensuring effective downtime is delivered
  • oversee all aircraft records are correctly actioned in a timely manner
  • be responsible for liaising with customers and third-party maintenance providers to ensure effective and efficient aircraft turn around
  • provide ongoing review of the effectiveness of the Aircraft Maintenance Programmes
  • assess and implement of all mandatory airworthiness requirements (AD’s) in keeping with Regulatory Requirements and Company Standards
  • deliver ongoing review of in-service documents to increase overall aircraft reliability
  • provide technical support to the operator to maintain aircraft availability and oversight

You will definitely need the following to qualify:

  • Appropriate aeronautical experience and qualifications dependent on the role
  • Experience in a Regulated Airline, Operator, CAMO or MRO
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A demonstrable desire to provide the highest level of service


It would be the icing on the cake for us if you also have some of the following:

  • Previous experience in CAMO
  • Swiss-AS AMOS and/or CAMP Systems experience
  • Continuing Airworthiness experience across mixed fleet from business jets to wide body
  • Experience across Commercial, Business and Cargo Operations
